If you have a post from me then you know I stand on truth.. the car shop is like the dentist . Until you find one that locks on with you... Ans that is Technica in East Point. I ain't and can't speak for anybody else. But this shop right man, bruh... If you like honesty or cna handle honesty, and you won't your car fixed, then you are at the right place... For my BMW, I will say.. AND they snuck my Lexus in and got me back on the road... Check the photo and take AI feedback too... They are who they say they are... Ty Dean and Ammaad and the shop team...

I brought my BMW to this shop about two years ago for a coolant leak and paid a little over $1,500 for the repairs. Even after all that work, the car never stopped leaking. I came back more than once and was told it was just a “broken cap,” but the leak continued for almost two years. We had to add coolant every week or two just to keep the car running. I recently took the car to a BMW specialist, and he found the water pump, a coolant line, and the thermostat housing plug were all still leaking. He also found brown residue in the system that looked like stop-leak. On top of that, he showed me that the water pump they installed was a cheap $90 GEBA pump—but I was charged full BMW-level labor pricing to install it. So I basically paid premium labor rates for a low-quality part. When I reached out to the shop to get my records and understand what was actually done, the responses were very unprofessional. Instead of just sending the paperwork, I got blamed and talked down to. He eventually sent the invoice, but only after going back and forth. This is my real experience. The leak was never fixed, the parts used were low quality, and the customer service afterward was not good at all. I’m sharing this so others know what I went through before deciding to come here.

I bring my 2009 335i in regularly for maintenance and other work and have never encountered any issues with their work. They are true craftsmen with a passion for what they do.
