View on GoogleI was told by Southeast Transport & Fleet Service to come at 1:00 PM, and when I arrived, the place was completely closed. I called to find out what was going on, and instead of an apology or explanation, I got attitude. The person on the phone told me there were seven calls ahead of me and refused to give even a rough estimate of when (or if) I’d be helped. When I asked if I should wait or leave, he said, “I don’t know.” This kind of disorganization and lack of respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. If this is how they handle service calls and communication, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
