If I could do negative it would be . After my son's wreck state called these snakes. To come out because the state called them was $266.00 they then charged an additional $ 234. 00 to get a vehicle out from around a tree and towed 20 mins to my home. They pry on the victim and your situation . We were left with no choice last night , because when the state calls them in sc you have to use the company. I have since reported the fees to the state police and the BBB. We were taken advantage of in a bad situation with our son . This was a husband and wife team who saw parents and decided it was a pay day if you have choice DO NOT use the company. They have been reported to the proper authority in hopes they are taken off the call list for wrecks

Then few weeks later i needed invoice for reimbursement from insurance company Alicia i think that right name but had no problem emailing me so i can get paid for my service.. They also got a very nice color coordinated office.
View on GoogleVery Uncaring, Disorganized and Rude!! My son was in accident on March 11, 2020. The car is registered to me. Advised MANAGER that I am sick with a cold and am not allowed to leave the house due to the current virus scare. I told her I can send her the insurance card with my ID and the registration is in the car. She laughs and states well he needs power of attorney and you have to find a way to get a notorazied letter for him to get your belongings. I repeated I have been told NOT to leave home, she continues with well I'm at work and that's our policy so you will have to find a way to get your things. The customer service agent and manager are rude, disrespectful and are very unprofessional!! Update: Actually went in a couple of hours later, received great customer service from someone that wasn't there earlier in day!! Jahara, I GREATLY appreciate you and your professionalism is unmatched. She deserves kudos beyond compare for the company!!
