Got a flat tire yesterday and called to get scheduled this afternoon and was able to get in. Donnie took care of all the paper work quickly and Rick was able to show me the piece of metal that went into the tire. Price of the fix was covered since I got the tires at BJ's. No wait and quick service!

I will never purchase tires here again. Been coming for the past couple months to get air because the tire I purchased here keeps going low, but there is no hole(faulty). So I finally used the road hazard and had to pay more for the new tire than I paid for the original tire. My appointment was at 3:45. It’s currently 5:12 and I’m still here. Apparently the person that booked my appointment didn’t write it down. They have one person working(always) and he’s having to stop and assist everyone that walks in, including answering the phones and selling/filling propane tanks(three to be exact). While anytime I’ve come in, they won’t stop if they are working on a car, which is understandable. But that’s not the case today. Just now leaving. Two hours for one tire.
