Came to Tenku Auto for an electronic parking brake malfunction on my Lexus GS350. Kwan was extremely busy but still took time out of his day to look at the car and diagnose the issue. He found corrosion/moisture around the parking brake connector area in the trunk and was able to get the system working again by carefully cleaning the connector contacts instead of immediately pushing expensive parts replacements. What I appreciated most was that he actually diagnosed the problem instead of just trying to replace everything. He explained the likely water intrusion issue clearly and walked me through the next steps to properly clean and test the area before recommending unnecessary repairs. Very honest, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with Lexus/Toyota vehicles. Hard to find shops like this anymore.

Been here twice so far and every visit Kwan has been absolutely amazing! He fixed my oil leak swiftly and I recently came back due to my check engine light being on for the past 8 months. Another shop in the area claimed I needed about $2,000 in repairs to get my check engine light off when all I needed was a new gas cap verbatim of Kwan. I purchased $30 OEM gas cap, brought it in the shop 10 minutes before close expecting to drop my car off but Kwan put on my gas cap free of charge!! Exceptional customer service and doesn’t try to scam you out of your money 10/10 recommend. Avoid stealerships and come here instead because prices are very reasonable!
