Horrible place to take your car. being a worker. for napa i thought they were gonna help me fix my car that's all the guy to inspect to fix the problem that I have in my radiator they told me I have to pay $1,000 to inspect the car to find the problem i'm not a mechanic , but I inspected myself bought the parts in spend in total of $380 to get it, install a great mobile mechanic that I found excellent on time.Not like this place , dad says , opens at a certain time, but they don't i was also waiting for them to open Because no one was in here on time👎 Just imagine the money that I was gonna spend just the inspection plus whatever else they were gonna charge.

Horrible customer service!!! I called about coolant issue the day before. I arrived this morning and the mechanic came out looked at the possible issue and then told me the manner would have to look at it to determine a solution. The person pulled up he told me and I could wait in the lobby. Before I could get out of the car, he then comes to tell me that that person would be leaving and not returning until a couple of hours. He then told me I will call someone else. I left. I learned a lesson. Stick with your trusted people even if they are too busy. Just wait on you know you are receiving the car care you need. This place was beyond a mess and terrible! I do not recommend this place for car care. Don’t waste your time.

I had a frustrating experience at Automotive Specialists of Atlanta due to Braden Wentz selling me the wrong headlights for my 2014 Hyundai Veloster. He assured me they would work the same, but they didn’t fit properly at all. When I went back to address the issue, there was no accountability—just excuses and a dismissive attitude. He would not take a refund, due to his girlfriend saying no, great way to run a business right. 🤣 Overall I would not recommend this shop.
