Rafas Auto Tech is Duluth’s best kept secret! I’m hesitant to tell you about my experience lest he become over run with people who need an excellent mechanic whose integrity and good character is a breath of fresh air. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years to the point that I don’t want anyone else to touch my car. Women have a hard way to go with finding a mechanic. I have suffered in the past with mechanics that set me up for a never ending repair job…one repair leading into another over time. Rafas will not do that! I bought my used car with his guidance and I have never had a problem with it. It is 24 years old in mint condition under his care. Rafas’ advice is priceless and he is a caring professional. I could go on, but at this point you understand my experience. Oh, he doesn’t overcharge and he explains the costs so that you see exactly what you are spending and why…pay him!! Lol. Seriously consider this a New Years gift from me to you!!

View on GoogleLet me tell you, Rafael, the owner of Rafa’s Auto Tech, could undoubtedly fix a military tank. I’ve been coming to this shop for well over 20 years, and during that time, I’ve owned at least 10 vehicles. Rafael has worked on every single one of them. There’s nothing this guy can’t repair—oil leaks, simple oil changes, brake repairs, tune-ups, transmission issues, engine problems, and much more. You name it, he’ll fix it. One important thing to know is that Rafael is the owner, and he personally works on your vehicle. Be patient, as you may sometimes need to set an appointment for him to properly diagnose and fix your car. However, same-day minor repairs are welcome. Now his brother, who is extremely knowledgeable and a great addition to the shop, is helping Rafa get your vehicle serviced as quickly as possible. Honestly I won’t let anyone else work on my vehicle except Rafael and his brother.
