Excellent place for service & repair for Mercedes. I was recommended to MBS, from a Mercedes dealership, for a small service for 2012 model GLK. Ian proved to be very knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. I will definitely go back for any service & repair and recommend anyone for a second opinion, if not first. There aren’t many places left like this in the world and when you find them, it restores your faith in humanity and the American dream. As a recently turned single mom with little knowledge about cars, I am so used to letting the dealership handle all things related to my car. Bringing it Ian had not only saved me so much money, I have learned more about my car maintenance and how to value it more. At the dealership, they wouldn’t even repair something because they deemed it too expensive and that I may as well buy a new one. Not only did Ian charge me a fraction of what the dealership would have, but he reassured me that she still has plenty of miles left in her and to keep driving her. That is amazing. Recently, I was having and issue that another car shop told me to ignore. On whim, I called Ian, who told me to bring it by right then and there. He is the owner. He himself came out and checked my oil and it was dry! He topped it off, checked my tire pressure (I had overfilled them), showed me where to find the right pressure measurements, told me to bring it by anytime and even checked a few things around my car. When I asked him for the bill, he told me to write him a review instead. You bet I did. I had two kids in the car, he didn’t even make us get out, had me pull right up to the bay and he took care of it himself. He’s a family man, a great person and a proud business owner of a business handed down to him from his Stuttgart Germany, Mercedes expert engineer/mechanic grandfather. Ian knows Mercedes and he knows how to be an amazing business owner and brings pride back to American business ownership and neighborly service you can count on. Thank you MBS motors!
