Answered very fast on the phone with pricing. When i arrived they were extremely fast and efficient. Cozy waiting area and free coffee. My problem was that i needed a tire patch and it was solved very fast as my mobile work van is very important for day to day operations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND—great to know they are down the street from me in Duluth,Ga.

They explained what was wrong, got it fixed without any hassle, and had me back on the road in short order. There was a bit of a language barrier at times, but they handled it well and used Google Translate when needed to make sure information was communicated accurately. I appreciated the extra effort they put into making sure we understood each other. Overall, the service was efficient, the staff was courteous, and the work was done right. View on GoogleGood communication picked up my distress call on the side of road for roadside assistance. Able to then change the spare for me so I can drive to the shop for a pair of tire change. Then getting the full 4 tires gets me the free alignment. Will recommend. Spend about 107 per kumho tire and 20ish for balance and mount each.
