Positive Experience with One Small Concern I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gwinnett Place Body Shop, and the experience was excellent overall. The ladies at the front desk were kind and courteous, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Their professionalism set the tone for what turned out to be a very positive visit. The repair work itself was immaculate. The damage from my accident has been completely repaired, and my car genuinely looks brand new. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship. My only concern involves the back passenger-side window. Although my repairs were for the front passenger side, I was informed that all windows were rolled down during the quality check. Unfortunately, the back window couldn’t be closed due to a faulty regulator. The team attempted to replace the regulator, but the window still doesn’t seal fully. This was unexpected, as all windows worked perfectly before we dropped off the car. Our dealership will evaluate the issue and share its findings with us soon. Despite this hiccup, I appreciate the body shop’s transparency and effort to address the concern. Overall, I would still recommend Gwinnett Place Body Shop for their excellent customer service and high-quality repair work. I’m hopeful the window issue will be resolved quickly, and I appreciate the team’s willingness to help.

I recently picked up my vehicle from this body shop and unfortunately left feeling disappointed. After getting home, I checked the inside of my trunk and noticed that a jewelry box and a jewelry store bag were missing. The bag contained my receipt, proof of purchase, and protection plan paperwork for a ring. Thankfully, the ring itself was not in the box, but the box and bag were gone. What concerned me even more was that two other jewelry boxes that were originally stored toward the back of my trunk had been moved to the very front of the trunk. This made it clear that the trunk had been opened and items were handled. There would have been no reason for those boxes to be moved otherwise. The repair performed on my vehicle was for the front bumper, so there was no reason for anyone to access the trunk area at all. While I am able to resolve the missing paperwork by contacting the jewelry store and getting replacements, the issue here is the principle and the loss of trust. I trusted this shop to repair my vehicle and respect my personal belongings. Even though the items taken were small and replaceable, it is still disappointing to discover that anything was removed at all. I understand I should have double checked my trunk beforehand and never left the bag in my trunk, but I also did not expect a simple jewelry bag and empty ring box to go missing. I hope the business takes situations like this seriously because customers leave their vehicles expecting professionalism and integrity throughout the entire process!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let’s get into them having my car a month which was fine but once I picked it up the lights came on the dash board, I contacted them and they told me it was to busy they can take a look the next week. Fast fwd to me taking them my car back and being told that the car is reading something is wrong with the back(which was not true) so they told me to go to Nissan for a diagnostic test. Nissan discovered when fixing my car they tried to glue the front harness instead of replacing it. Once contacted them they were still in denial, did not apologize, and stopped contacting me.Now I have to get Nissan to fix it because of their mistake. 0 stars please!

Don't be fooled folks. This is the worst body shop I have encountered in my lifetime. A simple front right dent for my car that was assessed and scheduled for completion in 5 days is currently in the third week and counting. The front desk girl named Carol is a disaster. She keeps shifting goal posts everytime we call. We explained our situation and we're on rentals all this time. I have never experienced such level of unprofessionalism and insensitivity to clients needs.

This is my 2nd time bringing my car here and I love how they work hard to get the job done! Ms Carol is the best with communication, I will recommend this location as the best location in the area 10/10 across the board!
