With any Korean business, you can feel very much like an outsider if you do not speak Korean. Luckily, I do (thanks, Mom). I’ve factored -1 star for the potential discomfort a non-Korean-speaking customer may feel. The operator even picks up the phone in Korean sometimes. With that, this place is great. EXTREMELY clean and comfortable waiting room (I’m talking couches, comfy chairs, coffee tables, etc.). Free coffee and water. They have a micro USB & lightning cable available for those who need a charge. As a bonus, they were the cheapest wheel alignment joint I was able to find. I’d recommend you at least give this place a shot before you write it off.

Customer service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. I called to ask when will they be finished with my car to get a timeframe and they said they didn’t want to fix my car anymore. I guess that was too hard of a question to an answer so they decided to not work on my car anymore. As a professional shop, you should at least be able to give a time frame on when the car would be ready for pick up. Not get mad at your customer, who is paying you, bc they asked you when their car would be ready for pickup. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. I don’t recommend at all.

Quality installation at a great price. Friendly professional service. I highly recommend this XPEL authorized tint installer. The yellow C8 in the photos have XPEL PRIME XR PLUS 35, installed by Sam. As the windows are frameless on the C8, shaving the glass technique was used, which makes it for a factory look.
