It takes time building trust and confidence, especially when it comes to car maintenance and repairs. Over the years, I’ve really appreciated how thorough-honest-and simple Rose and James have done business. I’m willing to wait for an appointment to open up, every time.

I've used others in local counties and out of state when I moved, and they've either missed significant issues or overcharged, recommended things that didn't need to be done, etc. It's just hard to find someone that I can trust because of this, and it's why I'll drive 1+ hour to Friends Auto. The honesty and reliability of their service are worth it. My entire family uses them.

James and Rose are professional, brilliant, and treat everyone like family. My coworker has been going to them for ~20 years and she recommended them to me and now I get to pass the recommendation on! This is a wonderful trustworthy place to take your car.
View on GoogleThis is an auto body shop I'd gladly give 10 out of 5 stars! I was incredibly impressed by the owner's extensive professional knowledge and detailed explanations. Even though he was busy, he temporarily fixed the damaged part of my car for free, making it clean and presentable, and provided a very reasonable estimate. I highly recommend them to everyone.

James and Rose have excellent customer service skills, are responsive, the work done was very good and at a reasonable price. I particularly liked being able to discuss issues with James and receiving a call back to discuss what he had found and the way forward. Rose's handling of the initial call going through my needs and the call back reminder were top notch. Friends will be maintaining my car from here on out. A bonus is that all business is conducted through the plexiglass protected front desk (see photo) to protect customers and staff. The only down side - a little wait to get an appointment. There is a reason for that and it's worth the wait.
