I originally brought my Audi Q7 here for a routine oil change, but the experience quickly turned into an unnecessary headache, completely ruined by shockingly poor management. Shortly after leaving the shop, my check engine light came on. I immediately brought the car back to see what had gone wrong. Instead of offering assistance or basic customer service, the manager was unbelievably rude. He outright refused to even look at the vehicle, aggressively insisting that there was nothing for him to do and that they couldn't possibly be at fault. Thankfully, the technician stepped in. He was incredibly helpful and offered to run a quick diagnostic test on the spot. The code came back for a "turbo underboost output" issue. For context, accessing the oil filter on a Q7 requires dismantling components directly related to this system. The technician took it upon himself to double-check the engine bay, came back, and honestly admitted that he had simply forgotten to tighten a connection. It was 100% their problem. While I deeply appreciate the technician's integrity and quick fix, management sets the tone for how a business treats its customers. Because of how the manager reacted when a legitimate, shop-caused issue arose, I absolutely will not risk taking my car back here again. Proceed with caution.

Great team of employees! No pressure tectics to sell anything. They did vacuums suction of my oil tank and didn’t charge me anything extra! Would love to patronize this place and recommend it wholeheartedly. Sorry I am not good with remembering the names but both the ladies and both the gentlemen were outstandingly courteous.

Went in for a quick oil change and was very happy with my service. The specialist Ty was knowledgeable and kind. He gave me info about my vehicle and even looked up the service history of my vehicle before I was ever the owner. Would recommend this location every time. They are super fast!!!
