Very grateful for the team at European Service Center in Duluth for fixing a major issue with the transmission on my BMW X5. The service that I received from the time that I reported the problem to the time I collected my vehicle was professional, efficient, reliable, and excellent. The customer service from the advisors ( Raul and Jonathan) was top notch. The car was repaired within 24 hours as I had been advised. Most importantly, the billing was fair and did not exceed my expectations. My overall rating for European Service Center in Duluth is 5 stars. I would certainly recommend this car service garage for anyone owning a luxury European car!

This outfit has the highest reviews of any in my area. Brought in my 911 for an oil change, and provided my own factory parts. They did this for a reasonable fee, and took the time to introduce me to their senior Porsche tech, who had a look around under the car on the lift with me, and with whom I discussed other potential service. He suggested I delay doing one particular fairly expensive service, for good logical reasons; it’s obvious that they aren’t trying to foist work on me that they don’t think is necessary. A couple of months later, I had a problem that I thought was a failed CV or front diff bearing. They immediately got me on a lift, gave it a detailed exam, and test drove the car. Did not require repair. No charge, despite spending an hour on it, at the expense of other cars. These people are excellent technically, customer focused, and entirely professional…kind of like the dealer, but without the looney-tunes prices, and better cooperation with the customer. They are also just plain pleasant to do business with. The owner tells me they’re focused on building relationships with customers, for the long term, and it shows. Already, they have demonstrated a high level of trustworthiness. I intend to do all my service with them going forward. If you’ve got a European import in this part of Georgia, give them a shot. I’m seriously picky about this subject, and I give them my highest recommendation.

European motors always does a great job repairing my BMW but what I love most about them is that they are honest & trustworthy.. You can never.go wrong taking your car to them!

They are very friendly, very honest, and very organized. They give a very detailed report of where your car is on repairs needed now and down the road. A nice waiting area if you decide to wait.
