I came in for an oil change and a brake check, and I’m really glad I did. While working on my car, they noticed an issue with my brakes that I wasn’t even aware of and took the time to explain it to me clearly before fixing it. I honestly don’t know much about cars, so having a team that is patient, honest, and easy to talk to made a huge difference for me. They didn’t push anything unnecessary and made sure I understood what was going on, which made me feel safe and confident driving my car afterward. Everyone was very friendly and professional. A special thank you to Dani, who welcomed me and guided me through the whole process. I’m truly happy with the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This is a great place. My daughter's car had a misfire in cylinder 4 which was odd since we had a tune up at Whitlow's about 9 months ago. Took it back and one of the coil packs had gone bad. It happens. The car was 500 miles over the warranty provided by Whitlow's but they told me they would cover the cost since it was so close. Not many places will do that. That is why when I am stumped I take my car to Whitlow's and will continue to do so.

I recently visited Whitlow’s Auto Repair to have my tires changed. The tire pressure warning light was also on at the time. They replaced and balanced the tires, and the warning light went off afterward. The service I received earned my complete trust — the balancing was perfect, with not even the slightest vibration left. From now on, whenever my car has even the smallest issue, Whitlow’s Auto Repair will be my only choice. Thank you!

Take your vehicle anywhere else but this place! My receipt clearly stated that I didn't need to sign it & the white male at the counter wouldn't give me my copy & tried to force me to sign it. If ive paid..., why is it necessary for me to be held hostage after they've received payment‽ From the preposterous prices to the way they treat you even after paying... I just would STRONGLY RECOMMEND to FIND ELSEWHERE for whatever service...
