Upon arriving at the location to support our local businesses, I was disappointed by the greeting I received. The employee on duty, communicated in a way that came across as unwelcoming and dismissive and rude, as a result I chose not to continue the interaction and went to another location where I was greeted respectfully and had a positive service experience. This highlights how important it is for customers to be greeted warmly and courteously when they approach for Service a friendly attitude, eye contact, and a simple respectful greeting can make all the difference in ensuring customers feel valued and choose to stay. Hopefully this Brief encounter does not determine the quality of service she provides throughout the rest of her workday
