Sean greeted me in a very courteous manner. He listened carefully as to the purpose for my visit. Took time to walk out and visually inspect my vehicle to validate tire size request. Checked the inside door of vehicle for 2nd tire size confirmation and then we went back into the office to review options. The entire process was smooth, options were given and reviewed, there was no push for higher or lower priced products. He asked about driving habits and what I expected in a tire product. We then looked at several products, he apprised me of various sales options and after I finalized my selection, Sean proceeded to work up an invoice inclusive of all the details. The total purchase was both in budget range and quality expectations. Wrote the ticket and expected a next day call. To my delight, Sean called a while later, the tires had been delivered and to come and have them installed. Overall great service, I have already referenced your service. Excellent Job Sean. I had a great experience with this shop. After someone else messed up my car, they took the time to help me figure everything out and get it fixed properly. A special thank you to Darrick and Sean for going above and beyond throughout the process. They were patient, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I truly appreciate all of their help and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable automotive service.

I worked with Darrick to get a new tire for my Benz being my tire went flat as I was driving. He provided excellent customer service and was able to assist me. Other places I called didn’t have my tire size and was very pricey, but I got a very good quality tire for a reasonable price and the service was fast as well. I highly recommend if you need repairs on anything or even a tire to come here as they did not disappoint!

HORRIBLE service. Took my car in on Thurs. 2/19 @ 3:10 p.m for diagnostics for engine light. Was told by Brennan that the only Tech to do this wouldn't be in until Sat. I informed Brennan that I needed the car back by Sat.2/21. By Sat.afternoon, no call to give me results of diagnostics. When I called, I was told no ticket for the work and the Tech was gone (2:00 p.m). I had to pickup my car and take somewhere else. I was told the manager,Darrick, the listed manager, was out sick, but Brennan told me on Thurs. he was in FL. It appears that a lot of young individuals work at this location and no leadership when the manager is out. I use to go to this location years ago but stopped because the staff was a young staff and customer service wasn't good. I find it irresponsible for a manager to leave his shop in the hands of an irresponsible staff with no leadership. Not sure if this operation is franchised out but I 'm definitely going to find out. The staff is tight lip about cooperate information. No one seemed to know any information. Notice I gave 1 star but that's only because 0 stars wouldn't let me post. Be aware....

What a Friday morning!! I hit something on the interstate and caused some minor damage- I pulled into the tire plus and was greeted in the parking lot my Mr Dr King!!! Talk about a live saver!!! He quickly took care of the issue with a smile and hard work!!! Thank you TIRE PLUS for having someone who truly cares!!!
