I purchased Arisun tires from Tire Depot in Conyers, GA in December 2025. By April 2026, the vehicle was shaking badly at highway speeds during a trip to Daytona Beach, making it feel unsafe to drive. I took the vehicle to two separate shops, including a dealership, and both confirmed the tires were defective and out of round (“egg-shaped”), making them impossible to properly balance. I brought the issue back to the shop, but was told nothing could be done because of the 30-day warranty. I recommend that customers carefully research tire quality and warranty coverage before purchasing here. It cost me $1300 for those tires.

Second and Last Time Coming Here This was my second time buying a set of tires from this place—and it will definitely be the last. They jacked up my car incorrectly, ignoring the designated frame points and lifting it under the plastic covering instead. As a result, they punctured the undercarriage, and now the bottom of my left rear door is bowed out. I showed the staff pictures and explained the damage, but the person I spoke with just stared at me in disbelief, offering no real response or accountability. I won't be spending another dollar here. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—pronto.

Don’t buy tires from this place, they sell bad tires and then when you approach them about it, they don’t give refunds or provide you with a replacement. When you call and confront them, they block your number. Please don’t buy tires here. Bad business
