I am sick of this. Every time I call this place to get a price they assume I have the part and only give me a price for the labor. Then they can't give me a price for the parts. I drive a very common car and they couldn't even give me a price for a tune up. I had an alignment done there and I received no sheet telling me the positioning of my wheels. I have tried to give them business over and over and today was the last damn straw. Do better with your customer service. I will never come back there. Never. And I will recommend you to no one. And the day they did my break.calipers, they were 30 minutes late opening.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After trying to rent a budget truck from this company for the last 24 hours, and dealing with the extremely rude Craig over the phone, I would point everyone in the opposite direction of this place. The guy was extremely rude, snapped back at us for "being the second person to cut him off today" and claimed that our insurance agent of over 20 years "doesn't know what he's talking about." Then, after explaining to them that we've rented trucks from Budget twice this year (obviously referring to 2025), he was a smart aleck and said "well the year started 9 days ago." I have never in my life dealt with such rude customer service. Whatever you do, rent a truck from literally anywhere but here!!!!
