I had an excellent experience thanks to Latrice. She has been extremely prompt, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. My vehicle has been at the facility for four days, and she has kept me updated every step of the way from start to finish. I had the opportunity to meet her in person yesterday when I dropped off a part, and her customer service was just as outstanding face-to-face as it was over the phone. I know I have probably spoken with her at least 20 times over the past few days regarding my vehicle, and each time she remained patient, helpful, and kind. Whoever manages this facility should know that Latrice is truly the face of your business and is doing a fantastic job representing your company. Employees like her make a stressful situation much easier for customers. She absolutely deserves recognition and honestly, a raise! I recommend this shop to handle your vehicle needs

I've been coming here for my oil changes and other car care services, and they never disappoint. The team is always professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. Every visit is smooth from start to finish, and their level of service is consistently outstanding. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but they have definitely earned mine. Absolutely superb! I highly recommend!

10/10 recommend this place to everyone! I had an issue with my brake sensor and it was stressing me out. Took my car here and these gentleman took care of it in a timely manner. As a female, I've had times where mechanics took advantage of me. Not this place! The men are beyond honest. Because of their honesty, professionalism, and friendliness, they have a new customer! Will definitely bring my car here for any future issues.

I have been using Precision Auto Tune for years and have generally trusted their service. However, my most recent experience has left me concerned and somewhat disappointed. I was charged for services that were never completed, and no one informed me that they were unable to perform them. When I brought this to their attention, they did rectify the issue regarding the service itself. However, the overage of the amount I was charged was not refunded. When I asked about a refund, the staff stated they did not know how to process one. I then asked if the remaining balance could be credited to my account for future services, but they said they were unable to place a credit on my account. Eventually, I did get the owner to write the amount I am supposed to receive as a future credit directly on my receipt. While I appreciate that part of the issue was addressed, I am still concerned about how the situation was handled. As a woman it is difficult to find reliable and honest mechanics and I honestly am hurt as this situation. As a long-time customer, maybe I have been naive, but the service has always seemed good—or at least I believed it was. Experiences like this make me wonder if I may have been charged for services in the past that were not actually completed. Accidents and overlooking situations happens but I wonder was this really an oversight😔
