Deserves ZERO stars if it was an option. First it took 13 days for them to just complete a virtual assessment with the insurance company, and this was done AFTER 4 calls and 2 in-person visits and a call to our insurance company to step in. Their communication is absolutely terrible. Oceana will lie to her manager in front of you. She lied about the date we dropped it off, lied about the key to the car not being at the shop. They change their stories. My husband stopped by the stop to take the car out after a whole month of no estimates done, and they told him it was done. I called no less than 5 mins later requesting a copy of the estimate and they said it wasn’t done. My attorney called the next day and we got the estimate 2 hours later. Despite us telling them WHEN we dropped the car off that we wanted to engine checked because it was not driveable, they repaired everything else and ONE HOUR BEFORE picking it up they tell us the engine doesn’t work. Likely did it that way to try to make more money knowing insurance was gonna say they wouldn’t cover it. We aren’t dumb. They also delayed the pick up date 4 times. Harold told us they’d help with rental assistance and NEVER DID. They’ll tell you a manager will call back and they NEVER DO. Nadine was the only person there that would actually call back.So I’d thank her for that at least. Melvin was kinda helpful and we wish we spoke to him the first day so we didn’t have to wait over 2 months and still have no car. Don’t use this place. They don’t care about the customer.
