Got a recommendation from my sister friend and I’m glad I took her advice. Awesome customer service from Mary and Donte, while dealing with my BMWs brake issue. I learned what was the cause and how it was serviced… Very thorough! I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Had my catalytic converter replaced job was not done correctly, had to take my vehicle back twice, the truck ran worst after the second time, after inhaling carbon monoxide for almost two weeks and riding with my windows down to avoid the carbon monoxide smell I took my vehicle to a muffler shop, and was told everything concerning the converter was done wrong, the muffler shop corrected the problem, went back to mega work and asked if I could be reimbursed for the fare I had to pay the muffler shop, even though I paid mega worx to fix the converter I still had to pay someone else to fix the issue, I was told that I had to eat the bill myself, and that I should have brought my truck back to mega worx but how many times do you take your vehicle back to fix a issue that should have been fixed the first time for $1792.84 Per your reply you didn’t even try to explain all you said that I had to eat the bill, even though the invoice stated the work done was exhaust repair and not just labor as you stated, the fact that you came in on a Saturday to fix the issue was the second time I had to bring my truck back, you would think for $1792.84 the issue would have been fixed right the 1st time and the second time, I shouldn’t had to go else where, my question to you was do I have to eat the bill by myself I never asked you for the $500.00 extra I had to spend, I asked if had to eat it by myself since the job was not done correctly the two times and as far as you working on Saturday, I made an appointment for 01-08 -26 Thursday which I dropped off my truck on that day at 9:00 am you chose not to work on the truck until Saturday, where I parked the truck on that Thursday, when I went drove past your shop on Friday 01-09-26 my truck was still sitting in the same spot and this was after 5pm on friday, then I had to take 01-22-26 off to have the muffler shop work on my truck, and to be clear you never once said to me that you would order a new system and replace the other one at no cost nice try but that lie don’t work for me the more lies you try to cover yourself the more this post will go on remember I still have pictures of how my truck sounded after the 1st and 2nd time you fixed my truck, I should have listen when you stated that you was not going to weld my catalytic converter when I mentioned to you that I was going to purchase the converter from Amazon red flag 1 then after the 1st botched fixture and my truck sounded like a tank second red flag then the second botched fixture sounded like two tanks once I got the truck to the house 3rd red flag that’s why I took my truck to a muffler shop because enough was enough for me as far as trying to work it out with you what go you think I was doing when I came to you showing you that I had to go elsewhere to get the results I was paying to get and your exact words was you got to eat that bill by yourself, I wish you would stop with the lies the guy at the muffler shop didn’t tell me to bring my truck back in to have you fix it he told me that the job was done wrong, so let’s end this because there is two places I will not continue to go with you and the is back and forth you screwed up and your ego was hurt because I had to go elsewhere after all the bragging about how good you was, this is my last post on this matter you can keep on trying to do damage control but the bottom line is you screwed up my truck remember this saying to save yourself the embarrassment of your actions ( I can’t do it) if it was a defect as you lied about, then why did the guy at the muffler shop just weld the converter did not replace it but just weld it as I asked you to do how did you call the shop I went to when I never told you which one I went to and I never asked you for the whole 500.00 I asked if I had to eat that bill by myself get your lies straight if it was a defect why didn’t you catch it the first time and the second time for 1,792.84 I would’ve noticed that hey but nice try to cover your butt, A receipt of what was done and a video of how my truck sounded after you work was finished

I’ve taken my car to Mega Worx Auto on multiple occasions, working with D and Mary each time. They have always been incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. The crew here is super helpful. They are honest and it is a blessing to find an auto mechanic that is good at what they do. They did a thorough assessment on my car to figure out what the problem is. My truck was having a seizure at 70 mph. I took it into Mega, and she is riding so smoothly. I truly have to watch my speed LOL best place in the world for an alignment. Great atmosphere, great mechanics
