When we moved to Conyers, we were looking for a dependable mechanic that would be honest with us when we had jobs that were outside of my brothers and my skill set. One day my brother came to me and said "I found him." We started taking our cars to Juan 7 years ago and to this day he has been not only our go to but a friend. (Honesty), when something does not need to be done they tell us. (Integrity) they have never ever over charged us on parts or labor. (Friendly) we have been to many shops including the one they used to work at and no one on this side of town can compare to them. (Quality) Juan's work ethic is un-matched, he sends pictures of the parts he takes off and what he has put on the vehicle. Stella is not just sitting behind the desk taking calls and payments, she is very very knowledgeable about the business and what it takes to get your car fixed. If you want this type of service JP Automotive is the place for you, you will be hard pressed to find anywhere better. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Friendly informative best price. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced. The car ride like a new car. They show and explain what needs to be done. Great customer service. They will be my place for all and any future repairs. Thanks for the great service!

I’m 59 years old with a small business that has one van. It's my only means of income. My first visit to "JP Automotive" was August 6, 2024. My old mechanic was not available and I passed their shop every work morning. So pressed for time, I stop in. It was a light day for them and they started in my van immediately. It was a front brake pad replacement and I already had the pads. The shop was clean and the service was professional. Since then I've gotten JP Automotive to service all three of my vehicles. I drop them off and receive timely texts of updates and pictures before and after the work is done. Seeing old parts and new parts assembled. Once the job is over I pay with their online after-hours service, which is so convenient for me. I can drop off and pick up my vehicle with ease and convenience knowing they have security cameras and video all over the shop and parking area. So they can see when I drop off and pick up my vehicle. The convenience and quality of their services are far worth their price for labor. It's been almost a year and you have made me feel like family. Thank you again and Great job. I have a 2004 Ford E250. I recently got my front calipers, rotors, bearing and pads replaced. Rear break pads, master cylinder and lines replaced. Fluid flushed out and replaced. All for a price I couldn't believe and its runs like new. This was my first time a customer at JP. I was please with there communication by text for my appointment. I was early, they was ready to serve with a smile. The young lady at the front desk was a true professional. Her customer service skills are great and she has a knowledge of the auto industry. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The mechanic explained his theory of my problem. Test drove my van and fix just the problem. Not over charging me for repairs and parts not needed. Even though I was prepared to has the breaks, rotors and bearings replaced. Mr. Won( forgive me if I misspelled your name) showed me whats was needed and saved me hundreds of dollars in parts and labor. Thank you for a job well done.
