Frank very friendly, good service, but when I dropped off my car it had 4 metal Mercedes valve caps on the wheels, when I picked it up they were gone!, very petty who ever did this, I informed frank, me personally I would view all those camara that's in an around the shop just for my satisfaction, I would want to know! It's tedious work but!!
View on GoogleTook BMW to have oil change done last September, while there, I was informed valve cover gasket needed to be replaced due to leakage. Supposedly they replaced. When I started vehicle next day, it was sputtering. Called and informed Frank. Claims the gasket was bad so they disconnected something to keep car from stuttering and assured me it would be fine. But so knew It wasn’t. Informed Frank. Something still wasn’t right. But I knew I need a fuel injection service. A few months later I went in for transmission and fuel injection service, where THEY informed me valve cover gasket leaking again. I HAD to remind them that THEY were the ones who supposedly fixed and replaced it in the first place. Not sure if they did anything at that time but I would venture to say they didn’t. Took car to two other mechanics who both informed that valve cover was leaking. Now mind you, I have a warranty and Frank has been paid! Took car back today only to discover, they have since closed up shop and moved to another location under a new name. Now mind you, Frank never told me or my husband thus. He goes out to look at vehicle and tells me there is no leak. So I guess 2 other mechanics were wrong and he’s the only one right. He’s ripped off both me and the warranty . Avoid doing business with this man or any company he represents. He’s now doing business under Megaworx Auto, LLC.
View on GoogleThis shop is awesome. I spoke with Frank and he was just as nice as can be. I have a Mercedes Benz and needed the Power Steering Pump replaced. I called several places and was given a quote of over $1000 and I told them I could not afford that. Frank gave me a very good price that was reasonable and that’s why I landed at this shop. I even checked with my son who is a Porsche Tech in Virginie who said that price was good. I have finally found a shop I can trust and will return. If you need vehicle repairs check out this shop.
View on GoogleWent into the shop 2 weeks ago. I went there based on Google reviews but Frank wasn't helpful at all. I told him my bmw suv wouldn't start sometimes & I told him of the warning messages that's popping up. He said that I should take it to a dealership because they can't fix starter problems. He didn't even look at the vehicle or do a diagnosis!! I ended up going to a different certified mechanic & it turned out to be a battery issue & needed new ignition coils. I needed my suv to be looked at but Frank just didn't help at all! Very disappointed. Just say you're not taking on new customers rather than lying!
