I cannot say enough amazing things about Crown Mechanics and especially Desiree and her incredible team. After visiting several auto shops for serious engine issues and stalling problems with my Range Rover, I was told—without a proper diagnostic—that my vehicle wasn’t salvageable and that I should just buy a new car. I walked in to the shop one day without an appointment and Desiree made time for a consultation. I told her that I was upgrading my brake system and wanted to check my suspension before adding new wheels. She advised me what my next steps should be and pointed me in the right direction. At the time the metro area was shutting down for the winter storm and she was unable to schedule me. As soon as they were back up and running she text me and handled my brake service personally. I originally saw different post on social media showing off the great work they do only to find out not only are they located in my city but only 10 minutes away from me. Called them regarding my transmission and Desiree treated me as if I was family! Had the car towed to her, from then on she kept me informed. Gave me a complete diagnosis of the problem and what my options were. I ended up replacing my transmission and my car drives great, shifts smooth as butter! A million thanks to Desiree and her crew. You guys (And gals) did an awesome job. I have already started sending family and friends to this shop!!

Truly can’t express enough about how amazing this shop is. They’re honest, transparent and have the best communication process with keeping you informed with every step of your repair. I was also impressed with how they take the time to not just repair your issue but to also educate you on the details.
