Yes, they are professional. Yes, they are nice, but no, they don't do the best at investigating for diagnostics. And they also tend to miss work that they bring to your attention. They're not very good with explaining mechanics to women or helping understand they just want you to buy from the dealer and let them put it on, which is very expensive, and they charge 125 an hour. They don't do aftermarket parts or care for aftermarket, work. And they will push off repairs that you go to them for you to go back to your old repairman.they want no part of fixing someone elses error. They are slightly cheaper then the grease monkey or jiffy lube but Walmart is waay cheaper. There is a bit of entitlement in the air so guard your pearls and dont irritate them. A lot of people love them and they are good when you are in a clutch (if you got the money) but they are not the best and second opinions are necessary as i had to find out the hard way. So dont believe the cracked radiator story it might just be a hose. Oil change and alignment are the most reliable services ive gotten from them.

We had been going here for a couple of years for both of our cars. We took my husband's Volkswagen Passat in bc the EPC & check engine lights were on. My husband explained to Michael that he wanted the EPC & check engine diagnosed & depending on how much that was going to be, we would talk about putting new tires on, get a tune up & oil change. Well, they put new tires on, did a tune up & oil change without even checking the warning lights that were on. The guy called & said the car is ready & I was like WHAT?? Told him we never received an estimate for the warning lights repairs & that we never told them to do the tires, tune up & oil change.... bc what if the car isn't worth fixing??? So they spent 3-4 more days attempting to fix it but had no clue what to do. So now we have a car that barely runs with brand new tires, a tune up & oil change. We lost all faith in them & will not ever be back. Huge FAIL on their part & all we got was a $70 discount. Thats chump change for the $1,300 we had to spend on this car that barely drives. The whole situation is just infuriating! We will never ever be back & will make sure everyone we know knows what happened so that it doesn't happen to them too.
