Some of their holiday deals can be good on tire prices. They are not any where close to experienced as they claim(they will over torque your lug nuts, and forget about them caring about you clear coating on your wheels...etc) and if you think Popeyes has bad customer service, boy wait until you deal with BJ's tire center.
View on GoogleI've been to this tire center in Conyers three times since I bought my tires here.This is the 3rd time that I was here for an appointment for service and no one there. I received no call from BJ's. I hate I bought my tires from here. Poor service. You all need to discontinue this center if you don't have anyone to work. This is the 3rd inconvenience.
View on GoogleWent to goodyear since the employee was too lazy to do his job. He needs to apply for McDonald's. I can see why this tire center has low stars. Avoid at all cost. Pay more it's worth it.
View on GoogleHorrible customer service and they have old, discontinued tires in stock. There was only 1 person working in the tire center and he had an awful attitude. I went down the street to Mavis Tires after speaking on the phone with someone with a much more pleasant attitude and had better tires for less than what BJ's was charging.
View on GoogleIf I could give a zero I would. My tires have been here 2 weeks. Finally got an appt. And everybody that walks in they are taking g ahead of me. Only ONE person working in the tire department. My husband and I spent over $2000 on 2 sets of tires 2 weeks ago and I am still sitting here today trying to get them installed. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!°°°°
