Big Boyz Has great customer service and very knowledgeable about the cars they sell it was never an I don’t know. If they didn’t have the answer they will find a way to get you the answer right then and there. The prices are great and they give amazing tips going forward if you know nothing about cars. This business is great choice for your first car
View on GoogleI brought my vehicle to this shop after paying upfront for a service, expecting a timely and professional experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Communication was very poor throughout the process. I had difficulty getting updates on my car, and calls were often not returned. I found myself having to follow up repeatedly just to get basic information, which made the entire situation frustrating and stressful. The delay in getting my vehicle back took much longer than expected, and I was not given clear or consistent explanations for the hold-ups. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations for reliability or customer service. I hope the shop improves its communication and service process for future customers.
