Wrens Collision Buford

Mr. Ed at Wren's Buford had done my husband Tesla Y body repair perfectly so without any hesitation, I went to WREN'S Collision Center at Buford when I had an accident. In 2 weeks, my car comes out as a Brand New Car. Mr. Ed, Eric and other team members are very courteous and professionally handle the all the works. They informed me every single steps of progress of work. I am very happy and satisfied with WREN'S Collision at Buford Works.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT IT FIXED RIGHT AND WITH NO EXTRA COST TO YOU! I have a 2021 Toyota Avalon with only 64K miles. From their repair, I had a bill of $560.00 for my purge valve they damaged because they did not disconnect my battery. Said they replaced my battery free because it would not crank, I guess I won the battery lotto! Ed said the scan kept showing low voltage. I had no warning lights on my car when I took it to them. Ed would not share the scan with me showing the battery low voltage, said he did not have to show me anything. They obviously did not disconnect my battery on the second repair they had done on the doors, it ruined my battery and purge valve. The first time I was told my car was ready, there was damage done on the driver's side rear door and a dent in the rear passenger door that was supposed to have been replaced new. The second time, they forgot all the door/gravel guards, then Ed said I was lying about the driver's side having any, so I have one on the rear fender, but they did not replace the others. All of these came standard from the factory. Toyota said it is impossible for them to have been installed only on the passenger side and oh yeah, one on the driver's side fender. They left the glue residue from removing them, showed up a few days later. The ones installed on the passenger side are already coming off. Ed Lied about not having a phone number to contact me 4 weeks after having my car and had called me many times. Not only did I fill out a contact sheet twice at their office, I also have recorded voice mails from them. After 3 attempts to pick up my car, the warning lights came on my dash within 1 mile of leaving their shop. Ed said he knew it would have to be from the accident and the insurance would cover it. He took my car to Toyota the following Monday, then he had Eric to call me 5 days later to ask if I was going to pay for it as it was not from the accident, it was the purge valve. Ed talks fast, going to help you out and give you a DEAL!. I quickly assured him I was not looking for a deal, this accident was not my fault, and I wanted my car fixed right. His estimate doubled from the original one. I also asked for an estimate to replace my windshield, the cost of that was on me as it was already cracked. I received 3 prices, the last one from Ed, telling me he was helping me out again, he was going to give me a great deal. It was higher than the two given to me from Mike who worked there and $450 higher than Safelite coming to my driveway to replace it. I told him to keep his deal. He then went down from $1450 to $800? In addition to the damage on the driver's rear door, there are additional scratches on my car that were not there when I took my car to them. Photos attached - glue residue and the rear door, drivers side damage they did. This company was referred to me by Enterprise. However, they had only worked with the one at Sugar Hill location, not this location. I had no idea there were two locations this close to me. When I looked up Wrens, the Buford location is the first one that popped up so I called them. HUGH MISTAKE AND COSTLY!!

Everything was great from start to finish. Jen got my information and did all the hard work for me and from there Eric took care of the rest. He and the entire team went above and beyond. They answered my questions before I asked… that type of knowledge If you’re in need if a repair….. you can stop !! Needless to say service is a Perfect 10

Wren's Collision Center in Buford fixed my Tesla X after accident, it was smushed on the front right corner. Worked everything out with my insurance. Thank you everyone involved, especially Eric Sagro who stayed on top of this repair.

Eric was very helpful, nice and polite. My Suv was repaired quickly. I would recommend Wren's Collision to other family members and customers. I appreciate the kindness and service.
