I was stranded on I‑75 in the middle of the night with a dangerous flat, alone, exhausted, and in distress. Tommy showed up quickly, treated me with respect, and handled the situation with a level of professionalism and kindness that is almost unheard of today. He didn’t just fix a tire — he genuinely made sure I was safe. What impressed me even more was what happened afterward. He offered to help replace the donut once I returned from an out‑of‑state work trip, and he kept in touch the entire time. He worked around my demanding schedule and made accommodations so I could handle essential repairs — tires, brakes, and even my windshield — without disrupting my work obligations. Would highly recommend for their prompt an friendly customer service. Got a screw in my tire at work, and realized on my way out. By the time I’d got home it was 7PM and my tire was going down fast. Due to my yard being a mud slick and a raging storm, I didn’t have time to plug it myself before work. Figured I’d give Auto Dr. a shot since they said 24h and everyone else was closed. Tommy arrived to meet me at the shop quickly and was very accommodating to be 8pm on a Wednesday. Said he was walking into the gym but came out to meet me instead and that customers come first. This shows a great commitment to their customers that not many places exhibit anymore. I do all my own work except tires, so I don’t know when I’ll need to go back but I’ll be recommending everyone I know to go to Auto Doctor. Thanks again Tommy!

My 1996 Geo Tracker has had leaky oil lines with leaking onto the engine for years. My previous mechanic said to just leave it because I only drive for short distances it should be okay. I needed an oil change close by and found Auto Dr. Online. Tommy came to my house same day and showed me oil everywhere around the engine and said time is up this has to be fixed. It cannot be overstated the oily mess under my hood. He quoted a price and I agreed and off he went. I called end of next day for an update - Tommy was hesitant and said he would have to basically remove the engine to get to the leak (I already knew that from my previous mechanic so I knew he was truthful) and because it would be more than his quoted price he would not charge more, saying a deal is a deal. I offered to pay the extra labor because that was the right thing to do. An HONEST mechanic!! Had it 2 full days, sent videos of his work stage by stage which eliminated any doubt and brought it back today with no leaks and drives great! Knowing he has 24 hr Emergency gives me great piece of mind.

My transmission light was on and my car was shaking. That’s not a good sign. Called on Easter Sunday. Tommy was exceptionally helpful and very professional. he fixed the problem really quick and the recognized other issuing needed to be fixed. He took care of everything even delivered the car back to me when done. I highly recommend this business.

So I bought a new car from Mall of Georgia Nissan Everything was fine for about a week or two and then my transmission blew out Nissan was not trying to help me pay for anything and so I found Tommy he helped me out a lot. He knew I couldn’t pay 5K for a new transmission so he helped me get a warranty and it paid for my entire New transmission . He even refunded me the money that I paid him when I first got to him even help me out with a rental car it did take longer than I expected, but that’s because the warranty company took a long time with the paperwork to get everything set with the parts but all in all Tommy did a great job. He really tried to take care of me as quickly as possible with the information that he was given so I appreciate that man 10 out of 10 will always recommend definitely gonna go back for more hopefully not not no time soon but will definitely recommend Appreciate you, Tommy
