I took my dashboard here to get done and yamel and the shop was very nice. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. The owner yamel was so nice and honest about the work I needed done. Marco is the one who did my dashboard it looked so good and he finished it within 48 hours. I took an old dashboard in and he upholstered it very nice. The painter there also painted a few of my dash pieces candy purple and they came out really nice . Thanks traffic jams you guys are my new go to place.

I recently had an Alpine iLX-507 installed along with a backup camera and frontdoor window tinting on my 2015 Jeep JKU Rubicon, and I could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely top-notch. The iLX-507 itself is a game changer. The screen is bright, crisp, and incredibly responsive, and the wireless Apple CarPlay integration works flawlessly. Navigating, streaming music, and managing calls all feel smoother and safer. The audio quality even got a noticeable boost over the stock uConnect system—everything sounds richer and more detailed than it ever did with my stock system. Plus I was able to maintain my steering wheel controls. The backup camera installation was equally impressive. The image is sharp and clear, even in low light, and the guidelines make parking effortless. It’s one of those upgrades you wish you’d done years ago. And the window tinting? Perfect. The tint is even, clean, and gives the car a high-end look while keeping the interior dramatically cooler. Not a bubble or blemish in sight. Overall, this purchase was worth every penny. The quality of the products, combined with the professionalism of the installation, has completely elevated my driving experience. I came in with a very specific vision for my stereo and they took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted to achieve. Melvin is wonderful to work with, but then he brought in one of their best installers/consultants named Biscuit. He and I talked at great length and he provided some great recommendations. I wanted very high sound quality, but also very loud. I also wanted something a bit more unique…a custom built front footwell subwoofer in a sealed enclosure that could play the very tight and fast kick drums for my metal, country and rock music along with a rear underseat subwoofer in a ported enclosure that can absolutely slam the deeper notes for rap and hip hop music. Needless to say, this setup takes a great deal of planning and design, top-notch installation and most importantly, meticulous tuning. The result…unbelievable! I’m completely blown away with how everything came together because it is by far the best car stereo I’ve ever heard and it’s not even broken in yet. After a month of hard play time, I’m bringing it back in for some fine tuning, but seriously can’t imagine how it can get much better than it already is. Hats off to Biscuit, Melvin and the entire team at Traffic Jams for running such a professional shop who goes above and beyond with their craft.

Lee and the Traffic Jams team did a spectacular job with replacing my wife’s subaru radio digitizer since the display buttons didn’t work anymore. From the moment I inquired, Lee gave me confidence they were experts in this repair and it would resolve the issue saving us a thousand plus $ vs replacing the entire head unit. The finished product looks and functions identical to original. Their waiting area was clean and comfortable and shows the pride this team has. Worth the drive where ever you are coming from.
