Tires Plus made a big repair feel transparent and professional. When we had the suspension rebuilt on our red 4Runner, Alex and John kept us informed every step of the way, even when additional parts were needed. What really stood out was taking the time to show me the new suspension on the lift and walk me through the work. That level of communication and pride in workmanship builds trust. Grateful for John, Alex, and the team for getting us back on the road.

I had a punctured tire and needed a replacement ASAP. It was a Sunday afternoon and they were busy after a holiday. Mike took amazing care of us for 2 new tires in a VERY timely manner! Saved the day and allowed us to continue with our family plans that day. He was very kind and professional!

I had a great experience at Tires Plus recently and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, the team was quick, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. They got me in and out in no time without any unnecessary delays. Michael did an outstanding job on my oil change — he was professional, thorough, and clearly knows his stuff. Service is alright, but I would not recommend them. I usually work on my own vehicles, but since the tire rotation was free I just decided to go in and get a tire rotation. Everything was fine until afterwards when I was called when my car was done. The service advisor quoted me $680 for new front brake rotors and pads. After I explained to the service advisor that I would check once I got home and would plan accordingly. Then he proceeded to pressure me, saying my car would "suddenly stop stopping" and my vehicle is "unsafe." He then quoted me $730 for new front brake rotors and pads, before continuing to pressure me saying my car was unsafe. I continued saying I will check later, before he said "ok" and hung-up the phone. I was given a sheet detailing $730 of work. My vehicle had 64,665 miles at the time of this service. I got home and checked my brake pads, and to his credit, yes they were low. My rotors had 50% life remaining and were not glazed or lined like they described. Location is only good for getting your tires changed, and that's pushing it.
