Very friendly and excellent quality service! Guys replaced OEM brake rotors and pads with tune-one, as well as changed brake lines and brake fluid on my Model Y Performance. So, after those modifications, I enjoyed time on the track days at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta and AMP.

Went to get an custom alignment on my Honda Accord since I’ve installed some new Coils and Camber/Toe kit, and the alignment was all over the place since I’ve tried to align the wheels myself. I knew I had to do something about it since my car was pulling hard to the right so I’ve taken my car here snd they’ve fixed everything and still kept a nice stance on my car and I couldn’t have asked for a better job! I highly recommend this place

Honest with fair prices. I’ve had multiple services done by Iconic to my BMW X3 from oil change to wheel/alignment adjustments to major engine repair. The guys at Iconic explain precisely what work needs to be done with detailed pricing (no hidden fees). They are knowledgeable & customer friendly. I really like the follow up texts & printouts with the repair details & prices. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Iconic for future servicing.

I originally came last year (2023) and got my power chain on my vehicle replaced, which presented no issues after replacement. ($4000) I was advised that I needed to get my motors mounts replaced, which I did by your company also, but seems I was given an incorrect diagnosis of my vehicle. I have been to your organization twice to get the motor mounts replaced by your technicians and am still experiencing the constant shaking of my vehicle when stopping and or sitting.  I was advised this was the reasoning for the shaking, however it seems to be incorrect because my car is still shaking, now even worser since being serviced at your company. Now today on 05/03/2024 after picking up my vehicle I am still experiencing this constant shaking and now my engine light is on. After you advised I needed spark plugs replaced and a direct ignition coil, which is essentially a tune up.($200) When I picked up my vehicle both times after getting the motor mounts replaced($900), I still experienced shaking after pulling off the lot. The first time after doing my own research I was under the impression  that the mounts and the motor had to settle so the shaking was normal, however after two weeks I was still experiencing shaking on the my front end of my car. I was advised that the car was test driven prior to pick up, however I have a hard time believing this to be true. The 2nd instance when I picked up my vehicle as soon as crank my vehicle it begin to shake badly. I  made this aware to your technician, they then advised me that something else was potentially wrong, which honestly destroyed my confidence in the technicians and your company. Now after picking up my car for a 3rd time, my car is still doing this bad shaking. Over the phone, you advised me one thing in regards to my vehicle, then when I came to pick it up you’re now telling me I need something new. (That will cost me an additional $1800). Seems like I’m being taken advantage of. I researched your company prior bringing my vehicle here and found you to be very reputable, however now I am questioning my decision. It seems that my car was wrongly diagnosed as the issues that were presented by your service technicians has been addressed twice, and consequently my car is now is worse condition. At this point it seems like a guessing game being done with my vehicle, which doesn’t ensure my faith in your judgment of the issues and or any potential issues with my car. I paid for a repairs that weren’t necessary to fix my vehicle and  am now left is worse condition due to the lack of proper repairs and assessment by your company. And was told that he was basically doing a process of elimination (guessing game). I do not want to take this issue to Legal I hope that we can resolve this issue amicably. As I do not trust the opinions of the your technicians to preform any additional repairs on my car. I will be taking my car to BMW. I was advised by another mechanic that if a tune up had taken place, my vehicle should not be shaking. Please refund my card. For the partial payment of the motor mounts, as I feel this is fair, due to the incorrect diagnosis and inconvenience this has greatly caused me. I’m Very disappointed
