I brought my truck in for what I expected to be a quick oil change and ended up having one of the better service experiences I’ve had in a long time. After the oil change, they did a thorough inspection and actually walked me through what they saw instead of just handing me a list or trying to upsell me. I know vehicles well enough to spot fluff, and this wasn’t that. They pointed out a couple of legitimate safety issues I had not caught yet and explained why they mattered, what could wait, and what should be addressed sooner. No pressure, no scare tactics, just straight facts. The team was solid. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing things the right way. This is the kind of shop that earns trust, not demands it. Easily the best shop I’ve used so far, and without question this will be my go to moving forward. Five stars all day.

I have a 2018 Subaru Impreza hatchback, years ago I had lowering springs installed that did more damage than good, I decided to go to Friendlys based on their 5 star rating across the board and positive reviews. They are super friendly, took me around the shop, introduced me to everyone, I can tell Steven and Sandy and the entire crew were passionate about taking care of my car and making it a great experience. They replaced all four shuts and new springs back to OEM with a 3yr, 36k warranty with finance options available if needed. They even went out of their way to provide transportation until my car was ready. My car now rides so much better and no more worries. Thank you again for all you did. I will be back. Tommy

I had an excellent experience with Friendly Automotive! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car. I had been hearing loud rumbling noises while driving, and it turned out both of my front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. They quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of the repairs efficiently. Now my car drives perfectly smooth, quiet, and with no more noise at all! On top of the great repair work, they provided a 3-year warranty, which really shows they stand behind their work. That gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I highly recommend Friendly Automotive to anyone looking for honest, reliable service and excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs!

Brought my Audi SQ8 for an oil change. They were super friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Also very fairly priced. Brought our other car there this morning to be looked at for an oil leak. Definitely recommend and will be back in the future!

They went above and beyond with the service they provided and genuinely lived up to their name, Friendly Automotive. It’s rare these days to find an auto shop that makes you feel like they actually care about helping you rather than just getting you in and out the door. They took the time to explain what was going on with my brakes and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. Great service, great people, and an all-around great experience. I couldn’t recommend Friendly Automotive enough and will absolutely be coming back for any future work I may need.
