They replaced my four tires with alignment and balancing three days later my car sounded super ugly in the front I had to take it to the agency I didn't want to go back because of the warranty but it was definitely a bad service they left something loose in the steering bar
View on GoogleAgreed on price to change out tires. After he has the tires off and almost swapped we acted like the balancing was not part of the deal. Ended up costing me an extra $160 to have my own tires changed out. To think that he did not speak English and I helped him with translation and also allowed him to help the other guy so he did not lose a sale even after he was working on my tires. Not only does it not pay to be nice and help, it cost me extra. Stay away!!!!! Will never do business here again

Bro doesn’t speak much English makes it harder to communicate. Spends most of the time chilling on the phone texting when I pull up . Communication sucks ! Took my car down the street to Pedro’s. Better customer service

My son Joshua walked up to the tire shop and asked him for a ride to the store to get gas. The young man gave us gas that he had and would not take any cash. Thank you sir ! Of corse I forgot to ask his name! The Stowers family!
