Veterans Memorial Emissions

Initial emissions done 03/14 (no lights or repairs to be made) but failed and told to drive a bit more at 50,838mi. Returned 03/20 around 12:30pm at 51,029mi and failed again. Went straight to emissions office after failing again, the one next to the tag office on Austell and passed at 51,033mi at 12:53pm on 03/20. So you tell me if this is fraud or lack of knowledge on how to efficiently do the job properly? Didn’t even bother to check my gas cap….. what could’ve changed from the 4mi drive difference from Veterans to Austell for my car to have now passed a test I just failed a few minutes ago. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, they doing fraud basically. 03/27 I find it very hard to believe the 4mi difference would’ve made that much of a drastic impact being that an employee at your establishment advised me after failing the retest that in order to pass I would need to drive an extra 40-50mi then bring the vehicle back. I requested a refund after providing proof of your claim that the vehicle “was not ready” minutes after “failing” your test but passed the next at a different establishment RIGHT NEXT TO THE TAG OFFICE and you decided to argue with me as if I haven’t had emissions done a numerous amount of times. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. If you cared about the “integrity” of your business when I provided physical proof of a passed emissions tests minutes after failing your test and requested a refund rather than arguing with me you should’ve just issued the refund. You literally dismissed me and said you didn’t care but you cared enough to save face under MY review about MY experience with your company. Keep the money lol because that’ll be the last $21.00 dollars you make with that terrible ahh service. GO SUPPORT THE EMISSIONS OFFICE NEAR THE COBB COUNTY TAG OFFICE IT WAS $16.00 AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Comment again and I’ll leave the video of how you spoke to me after returning and requesting a refund for this horrible ahh service.

Great, fast, professional, and friendly service. I've been going here for several years now for all my vehicles. The emissions technician is always nice to chat with and courteous. I've been to other locations over the years with some really rude employees. This spot has been my go-to place ever since.

Had a very unpleasant experience at this emissions station and will not be returning. The attendant, Shaheim I Montgomery, had a rude and condescending attitude from the start. First, he asked me to turn the ignition on, but not all the way, which I understand is normal. Then he asked me to turn the car on, so I simply asked for clarification, “All the way on?” Instead of answering respectfully, he responded, “Yes, that’s the only way you can turn a car on,” in a sarcastic and dismissive tone, as if I were stupid. It only got worse when it was time to pay. He asked how I was paying, and before I even had a second to get my card out, he snapped, “Oh, I’ll need the card to process the payment, that’s how it works.” I asked why he was giving me an attitude, and he turned it around on me and said I was the one giving attitude, when all I had done was ask a simple question for clarity. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Customer service like that is unacceptable. I will not use this place again.

Tall black guy that works there has a terrible attitude. Threaten to call the police on me because o ask for the manager number . I’ve tried to call the number listed on my receipt to report him the mailbox is full. —- the issue has been addressed thanks to Gideon

Excellent experience today. Service was quick and efficient. From the time I pulled up, had the test completed and pulled of, less than 5 minutes had gone by. They also offered food and drinks.
