The communication is horrible and keeping a word to when they will keep your vehicle. This was too long of a wait from popping up to the shop for them to tell me that my van wasn't ready twice because we ran into another problem with placing the last part to programming it took even longer. They stated they will send pictures through email also through text I got nothing. Even through text messages they were barely respond. When I went to pick up my vehicle he showed pictures but would not send them through email or text and the receipt look sketchy because the warranty I'm supposed to be able to get the company's name from where they brought the part instead they just put two-year warranty in the comments on the receipt. Sketchy! I can say my vehicle was completed but the timing they gave was so incorrect so unaccurate. I asked twice before dropping off my vehicle how long would it take because I know usually it takes longer instead he will kept saying no we will have it ready in 3 days rather than we will have it ready in 3 weeks after I asked twice. The communication between the Son and the father is horrible. The father was so upset that I popped up every time when they were saying your car will be ready and send a text after the fact once "we need more time but the car will still be ready that day " then get there the car is not ready I mean give me more clarification. I say if you go have something very minor nothing major because the timing was mond blowing. I have time stamps and receipts of the communication plus recordings of them saying one thing then something else.

I've had three transmissions rebuilt by them, and after years of use, I've had no problems at all. They do quality work, stand behind their service, and provide excellent customer support. I highly recommend them.

Do not waste your time going to this shop they are horrible all together and specially with communication. If I can put half a Star I would They will keep telling you lies after lies I had my vehicle dropped off there December 29,2025 to be fix it’s now February 20,2026 I didn’t get nothing done or accomplished literally I have dealt with many shops in the past but this by far the worst they did not care I told him over and over I’ll pay extra I just need my vehicle fixed. it was there a month and 3 weeks when I took it I drove it there when I picked it up I had to tow it I have patience but i couldn’t take it no more to many lies. Save yourself time and frustration these good reviews they have are fake this shop is not trust worthy he had the nerve to tell me I need a little more time you got to be patient please put yourself in my shoes 2 months though how much patience you supposed to have I’ll let you guys decide but I at least had to let everyone know who read reviews don’t do it I’m also writing a update as of today 3/2/2026 I fixed my vehicle my self I got the part and called a professional to come out and program my system the correct way and drove it this weekend over 600 miles no issues or problems no codes on it nothing this shows me that they literally are and was the problem

I had a great experience with Jose. I went there on Thursday and he said he was too busy to look at it come back on Friday so I did. I got to say it took him a while to get back with me but that is okay. They took their time and my car right. He was very honest with me about the problem and could have told me it was anything like some mechanics do. Needless to say it was very cheap I didn't need a transmission rebuild he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and when he called me and told me my car was fixed I told him I had to get a ride. He brought my car to me! How cool is that ? He just texted me yesterday and asked me how my car was doing and how everything is going. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are very honest and they take their time to diagnose your car right.
