We brought both our cars to Ricky Jordon auto repair to get an oil change and the cars checked out. Everything was great. Their service is wonderful and they are so efficient. I love going there because they are trustworthy and they're going to do the right thing for your cars! If you're looking for a wonderful Car Repair place don't hesitate!!!
View on GoogleMy name is Patricia Mata. If i could give 100 stars i would give it to Ricky Jordan's. They will be my go to mechanic from now on. They know what they are doing and I trust them. Here is why, I had taken my car for repairs at precision tune in Mableton and after they finished with my car it would not stay running. I called the manager and he told me to bring the car back and leave it so they could Check it, which I did. The next day the manager at precision tune told me that they put it on the diagnostic machine and found nothing wrong. I told him the car is trying to cut out on me and he said he didn't know what to tell me. So I took it to Ricky Jordan's and they put it on the machine which showed that the vacuum lines were not in the correct order, which meant the mechanic at Precision tune did this because before i dropped the car off i never had this issue.. Ricky Jordans also replaced other parts. Ricky Jordan's auto repair had my car repairs completed the next day. My car is running like a brand new vehicle. I will forever be grateful to them. If anyone has any issues with their car I highly recommend Ricky Jordan's. .

Their customer service is truly top-notch and waiting areas are comfortable and clean and of course I was satisfied with the pricing. I definitely trust my vehicle in their hands.
View on GoogleDisappointed. The mechanics spent too long diagnosing the issue with my car rather than fixing it. It cost me hundreds in Uber rides to and from my job, mobile mechanics to fix/and test my car, towing fees when my car finally died, and a starter test from Ricky Jordans that came up negative and finally when all was said and done the repair to get my car back up running. Don't get me wrong I am glad they were able to fix my car but I shouldn't have to leave my car with them for four days to find the solution(which they didn't)to as why my is having a hard time starting up when it took a mobile mechanic less than 3 minutes to fix the problem(it was the battery cable bolt it just needed to be tightened)
