Major complex work that a certified mechanic should be able to figure out after 3 weeks "No". Diagnostics was completely wrong, thank goodness I did not accept the recommended repair @ $1,700.00 for a gear shift controller. Took the car back to the dealership and they fixed the car and it was not what was recommended by European Certified Auto Care. At European Certified Auto Car Diagnostic and Battery cost $700.00 and I did not need a battery, that diagnostic was wrong too. Will go to dealer from now on as the price at the dealer isn't much different for a MB car and the MB dealer will stand by their work and mistakes. Simple Oil Changes, Brakes and Part change out may be ok at European Certified Auto Care, but I'm still going to a brick and mortar shop that will stand behind their work and I have access to my car if it has to stay at a shop for weeks. Requested a refund for $350.00 I think that is fair, due to battery purchase, tow hook cover broken off, door handle button missing, scratches and wrong diagnostics.

Orlyn is unlike most mechanics who seem to just want you to pay the highest cost. He weighs everything then gives you the best remedy. In addition to stellar service, I love the fact that it is a black owned business who is about quality first!
