Great place! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process easy. They also have Spanish-speaking staff, which is a huge plus for anyone who prefers to communicate in Spanish. I highly recommend this shop for honest professional service!
View on GoogleOne of the best shop tires in engine work I took my Mercedes there and they were able to do my control arms and shops quick I came in the morning at 8:30. I was out of there by 12:00 PM and I was able to make it to work at 1 o’clock. I do recommend this place to my friend and family members. I told them I will be back in two weeks to get done my brakes in voters.
View on GoogleI always come here when I have tire issues and have recommended this place to many people, but today I had such an terrible experience that I’m wondering whether to come back. I work in customer service, so I know the difference between making a mistake and discriminating against someone just because they’re buying a cheaper service. The guy wearing the hat, glasses, and tattoos was incredibly rude when I was surprised that the final price was higher than what I’d been quoted; I was told it would be $55 but ended up paying $67. When I expressed surprise, he told me not to give him dirty looks and demanded to know if I was going to pay or not. My issue isn't the $12 difference; it’s his rude, arrogant attitude toward me. I don't know who he is, but I’ve referred a lot of people to you guys, so I hope you look into this because I find it unacceptable. Luckily, an older man with white hair who works with him saw the whole thing and completely agreed with me. Everyone saw it; I hope you can teach this guy how to respect regular customers.
View on GoogleThese people don't have the slightest idea of how to work on cars. The owner's kid didn't know the difference between an alternator and a turbo charger. He just sits there supervising a "mechanic" whose banging on cars like they're working on the railroad. Don't go here unless you want someone to brute force your car back onto the road.
