Chris and Alex were AMAZING to work with. I hadn’t had AC for months and was getting quoted insane prices just to even check and see what the issue could be, I found 4A and Chris came out to me, even walked me through everything he was looking at and doing, had full transparency the whole time. And then upon doing the repair, kept me updated with detailed texts and photos of the work they were doing and what parts were causing the issues so I was always fully in the loop. Great pricing, but even better service from them. I’ll exclusively be taking my Honda to Chris and 4A from now on!

Hi, my experience with this father and son team was amazing. 4A Auto A/C & Repair is ligit. They want try and get over on. They will let you know up front about your situation you may have. What price range you will be looking at. Plus they keep you in the loop on how for a long while repairing your vehicle. I will always take my car to them. Because it's hard to find honest mechanics. I give them 5 stars!!

Highly recommend 4A Auto Diagnostics/Chris and Alex!!! I can't express how grateful I am to these gentlemen - they saved me from having to buy another car. It sounds dramatic but it's true. I must have A/C. I took my car to a nearby auto shop that charged me roughly $1900, and wanted another $1300 "which was a reduced price", to continue to "attempt" to repair the A/C of my 2014 Honda CRV. Enough about that place... I contacted 4A Auto that afternoon. Chris and Alex responded promptly when I reached out, were able to give me an action plan with quote. I took my car Thursday morning and had it back same day. Throughout the process they sent me pictures and videos explaining everything. The grand total was $400 - not the $1300 repair to "maybe" fix it as the other place said, nor $$$ to get a newer car. I said to Chris and Alex that they saved my behind, and they can save yours too!

I would recommend this father-son duo to anyone! I will definitely be using them for all future car repairs. Even though their schedule was tight, they still managed to carve out time to come to me when I was concerned about my car prior to a road trip. Most importantly, they gave me peace of mind, even coming back the next day to check out a new concern, which they didn’t end up charging me for. Chris and Alex were very personable, communicative, honest, and reputable and did not attempt to push anything that wasn’t completely necessary. Not only that, the convenience of them coming to my workplace cannot be beat! Hands down, best car mechanic in the area!

Had such a great experience with Chris and his son Alex at 4A Auto A/C & Repair. They came out to fix the AC on my 2015 Kia Sedona, showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue. They had it running perfectly again within a few hours. Both were super friendly, professional, and honest throughout the whole process. Pricing was very fair too, which I really appreciated. I can't thank them enough as i'm truly grateful for their help and i'm glad to finally have someone that i can trust. For anyone experiencing issues with their vehicle and are hesitant on who to call, these are the right people to reach out to! All of the praise that they receive is defintely well deserved, thank you guys!
