My experience with Tires Plus in Alpharetta was beyond exceptional this visit. I encountered road debris Friday morning that disabled two rear tires on my Chevy Silverado 3500 HD Dually. I called Tires Plus and spoke with Jaime. Jaime indicated that he could get me 2 new tires within 2 hours and have me going again by the end of the day. A more than reasonable timeline! Once the wrecker arrived with my truck, I checked in with Chris. Chris was courteous and handled my paper work flawlessly. Thank you! Jaime, Chris, and their team did exactly what they said they would do. I am grateful for that. The next time I need Tires Plus Services… I will look to Jaime, Chris, and their team to get it done in the same manner they did this week . THANK YOU to Jaime and Chris! Great work!!

I had a great experience at Tires Plus in Alpharetta. James, the manager, provided excellent customer service from start to finish. What stood out most was how honest and helpful he was with his recommendations. He clearly explained what repairs and maintenance needed attention, what could wait, and what was not necessary to spend money on right now. It is hard to find an auto repair shop that gives straightforward advice, but James made the process easy and trustworthy. Whether you need tires, tire repair, alignment, brakes, oil change, vehicle inspection, or general car maintenance in Alpharetta, I would highly recommend this Tires Plus location. Great service, honest recommendations, and a team that truly seems to care about helping the customer make the right decision.

My recent visit exemplifies exactly why we keep coming back – Jayme Parrish, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to make sure I received my tire rebate from Firestone. He actually helped my wife submit the online rebate and tracked it for weeks. When Firestone said they had no record of the rebate, Jayme followed up with them. In the end, he used local store funds to make sure his customer was taken care of! This is a great manager and a person of integrity. Jayme is a stand-up guy who treats his customers well. The entire operation is top-notch!

View on GoogleBeen taking our cars to this location for years and have always been happy with the service. Franklin is always very helpful, even at the end of a 12-hour day. He offers pragmatic advice and is honest about what work should be done right away versus the work that can wait for a bit (super helpful when we're trying to take care of our cars and also trying to stay within budget). We were here for new tires and brakes thinking we would need all four brakes replaced, but Franklin let us know there was still plenty of wear left on the rear brakes so we only needed to replace the front. This is a good location with excellent people.
