I went here to get my tire plug 15 minutes before they closed. Unfortunately I needed a new tire. Arian was super helpful and patient. He showed me what was wrong with the tire I came for and my other tires. He gave me a couple of different recommendations. I decided to go with 4 new tires due to me knowing I was going to replace 2 of them within the next few weeks. Colby stayed passed his time to go home to help get me taken care of and I appreciate that. They made the process easy and simple. Also was able to get my oil changed with the tires which was a plus since I was due for one. Both guys was awesome and they communicated with me through the process. I truly appreciate them for staying late and getting me taken care of instead of telling me to come back in the morning. I will be using them again.

I purchased a tire rotation and alignment package for my Ram 2500 and ended up visiting this shop three times in two days, waiting more than six hours total. On the first visit, I did not even make it out of the parking lot because my steering wheel was more crooked than when I arrived, and they had not rotated my tires as promised. On the return visit later that same day, another technician told me, “I’m sorry, I actually made your steering wheel worse,” and admitted he was not certified to do the work. On my third visit, they were almost finished when I asked if they had rotated all four tires; the technician had not read my ticket correctly, so they had to redo the job yet again. Based on this experience of poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and wasted time, I would strongly recommend staying away from this shop.
View on Google1 Star Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I came in expecting honest service and clear communication, but instead I felt like my time and money were wasted. The staff did not seem confident about what they were doing, and the issue with my vehicle was not handled properly. A repair shop should be reliable, transparent, and skilled, but that was not my experience here. I would not return and would not recommend this place to others.
View on GoogleAWESOME SHOP! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! I came in for two front tires on my dually and the staff was amazing. Angel and James were very knowledgeable, and I definitely got the best price in town. These guys seem like they want your business and they prove it by going above and beyond when helping customers. While I was waiting, I witnessed several other customers have an awesome experience as well with their BMW, Mercedes etc. Thanks again for an excellent experience and for taking care of my truck.
View on GoogleThey were already open at 8am when I arrived. I had a nail in my tire in the middle of the rubber, they fixed it for $31.74 in 35 minutes. Cool office, you can sit and wait, there is Wi-Fi, but I decided to go for a walk because there is a nice forest nearby, when I returned, the car was already ready. Megan is kind 😊
