I recently brought my car here to get my emissions check to renew my registration. Kyle was so polite and they completed the task quickly and wired the results to the Dept of Motor Vehicles immediately. I was able to go on line and register my car when I got home (and it only took me 5 minutes to get home). Two days later I called to make an appointment as my car wasn't giving me info it usually supplied, like tire pressure, miles I could go before my gas ran out, going over the speed limit, etc. While I was driving there, everything started working again! I still went in to apologize and Kyle was very understanding. I told him next time I needed an oil change or new tires, etc., I would call him.

Found this place online after struggling to book an appointment with another shop due to their limited hours. Speed Auto was very quick to answer and help us schedule a time that worked for me and my wife. The Saturday availability is such a nice plus. We dropped off the vehicle and received periodic updates of the entire repair and maintenance process. Brianna was very patient and flexible with the time that we could retrieve the vehicle. They also had great prices and very fast service. Looking forward to continue to work with them for all future maintenance.

I recently visited this shop due to a clunking noise I noticed after having my front struts and sway bar links replaced from another place. After inspecting my vehicle, I was told that the struts were “low quality” and was quoted $1,170 to replace the front struts again. Given that the struts I had installed were not cheap, I decided to get a second opinion before moving forward. I’m glad I did. At another shop, the technicians inspected my vehicle and found that the issue was simply that the sway bar link nuts on both sides were loose. They tightened everything, rechecked the suspension, and took the car for a test drive. The noise was completely gone. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and charged only $58. They also confirmed that the struts themselves were not low quality and did not need to be replaced. I’ll be honest, I may not be an expert in cars, but I understand enough to know when something doesn’t feel right. This experience left me feeling like the initial shop was more focused on upselling an expensive repair rather than properly diagnosing the issue. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.

I have never written a Google Review. But, after my experience with Kyle today, I had to!! I went in for a windshield wiper that wasn't functioning, and he let me know that they would likely have to do more investigation than I thought, and that it would be more expensive than I would have liked it to be. Kyle graciously looked into the issue intentionally and was able to fix it almost immediately. So grateful! Thank you, Kyle!
