We’ve had both of our Mercedes in for service at Rocco’s Alpharetta, and these guys are great. We had next day appointments, the cars were finished fast, and returned sparkling clean, all at a price that beat out the dealership. We will happily continue to use them.
View on GoogleOn a day that absolutely nothing was going right, these guys went above and beyond to help me out and get my car running again quickly. They actually FaceTimed me and talked me through jump starting my car when AAA wasn’t going to be arriving for hours. That is what I call exceptional service. So, I could say ONE thing went right that day. They are personable and nice. They don’t make you feel like a silly clueless woman either. They are straightforward, honest and kind. They got my car battery replaced and me back on the road within a couple of hours. Their eating area is clean and comfortable too. They may cost a bit more but, clearly worth the price for the exceptional service! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleVery very upset. I have spent money here for over a year maintaining my 2016 Land Rover discovery. I called Rocco’s to have my car checked - I was leaving a beach trip and was going to drive 1000 miles. Dropped it off from 12-6. When I picked it up - they said they didn’t touch my car and it didn’t need an oil change or any service. So I picked it up. The next day- my car locked up, started smoking and leaking. Waiting’s two Hours for a tow back to Rocco’s and they wanted to charge me $6000 to fix it. Does that seem shady or what?? They were not at all caring of my situation. Knowing I had just been in the day before and they told me they checked the car over and said it was perfectly fine to drive on a road trip to the next day being a catastrophe- but they had nothing to do with it. I would think if you bring. A car to get checked if it’s safe To take on a road trip and they said they checked it out completely and then the next day it’s destroyed while I was driving it: They only wanted my money - didn’t care of my safety or my financial situation as a single mom who invested over $4000 there in a year as maintenance . That didn’t matter

View on GoogleRocco did a superior job repairing a number of difficult and complex electronic and mechanical issues on my 2003 Mercedes E 500. When no one else could, they could and did! All with a fair price. This is the place to go to fix your European or classic car out of warranty but not yet ready for retirement!
