While I don’t want anyone to need a bodyshop, when you do…..go to Performance Auto Collision. They did a fantastic job with my Porsche Panamera. From getting my baby back on the roads, communicating with both myself and my awesome Allstate adjuster…they did a fantastic job. No control over inventory, which some things took a while, the guys at Performance Auto Collision kept me informed along the way and I was never wondering. I was always in the know. Thank you PAC!!

This review is years in the making, and after seeing yet another friend concluding auto body repair from other sources and being able still visibly see in a moment of time where the work was done, I wanted to relay my appreciation to this shop for how profoundly good the repair was to my car. On the FIRST DAY I had my metal license plate installed on my newly acquired car, someone decided to merge directly into me at 70 mph, damaging EVERY panel on the passenger side of the car, but primarily the front passenger door and front quarter. You could imagine how I felt about having my brand new car tarnished so quickly into ownership, and I had zero tolerance for anything but the best outcome so after scouring reviews across the entirety of metro Atlanta body shops, I decided to come here. When I pulled into the parking lot and saw the caliber of other vehicles in the lot, I knew I had come to the right place. As a commercial photographer, I'm used to critically analyzing subjects and recording them in 150 megapixel+ captures and in the two+ years since the accident I have never found a visual error in their work, even while going through the process of polishing the car and installing the ceramic protective barrier and weekly hand washes. On top of that, I need to note that my car had been cared for while it was there in the little ways. No dust in the interior, no windows left open, no smells that took months to air out, no grime on the white leather seating. After sitting back down in it, I breathed a sigh of great relief, and years later I still very much appreciate the work. If I have need for body repair in the future, I would not consider going anywhere else.

I brought my Alfa Romeo 4C to Performance Auto Collision because they market themselves as a shop for enthusiasts and higher-end cars. I expected a careful, methodical repair. That’s not what I got. Early in the process, I raised a very specific concern about the front bumper/fender support area. The wheel was rubbing the liner right at the point of impact, which pointed to something being off underneath. I was told directly that the “bumper support area is good.” Based on that, they wrote and carried out a repair focused mostly on refinishing panels rather than addressing the underlying structure. When I got the car back, the geometry was still off in the exact same area. Instead of reassessing, the response was defensive. The shop manager refused to acknowledge what was clearly not right. Then the explanation changed. Suddenly, the issue was blamed on supposed “prior damage.” That’s simply not true. There was no prior structural damage in that area. The only previous incident was a minor bumper scrape listed as minor on Carfax, already repaired and unrelated to alignment or structure. More importantly, their later claim directly contradicted what they told me earlier during teardown, when they said the support area was fine. After my first refusal, they added a non-OEM speed clip in the problem area to try to hide the gap when I came back, which only made the situation worse and hurt their credibility. What’s frustrating is that this didn’t have to go this way. I actually feel bad for the technician. The paint work itself was very good, but he was set up to fail. This should have been handled with proper measurements and replacement of the bracket from the start. Instead, the estimate leaned toward repair, the underlying issue wasn’t corrected, and when it was pointed out, management doubled down instead of fixing it. I ultimately brought in Collision Safety Consultants and moved the car to another shop for a proper teardown. They immediately identified the real cause of the misalignment. The difference in professionalism was obvious and the second shop was thorough, transparent, and made no excuses. For what it’s worth, I have complete documentation of this entire process: emails, before-and-after photos, the second shop’s teardown findings, and audio from in-person discussions. All of it supports exactly what I’m describing here. If you are an enthusiast who actually cares about precise, high-quality repairs, this is not the shop for you.

Learned of Peak Performance Collision Solutions through a family friend. My Mercedes Benz front bumper was extremely chipped due to the harsh traffic on Atlanta’s busy highways. Needless to say I pulled the trigger to allow the Staff over at Peak Performance to repair and repaint the bumper. Was actually more than amazed with the precise color matching of my grey metallic flake Mercedes. Grey paints never match when repaired. They even gave me a complimentary car wash with the service. I’ll be sure to recommend family and friends in the future to their superb service. I’m now a satisfied customer and they’ve earned my business moving forward. Tim and Brian will always go above and beyond to satisfy their client.

This is my first time to leave a review ever. I heard this shop is super reputable, especially for european vehicles and that's right. I'm very satisfied with the results they have done for My BMW M4's front bumper painting and carbon fiber roof restoration. Especially, communications with Hunter was very impressive. He stayed with me from the beginning to the end. Thank you Hunter!
