Steve with North Point Auto did another great job for me on a different car! Once your vehicle is out of warranty, think twice before taking it back to the dealership, where repair costs can really add up. Steve’s shop has been around for many years, has excellent reviews, and will always treat you right. Great Alpharetta location without the big, shiny dealership building but the service, honesty, and prices are spot-on. I highly recommend North Point Auto!

Ed and Steve provided excellent customer service. My Honda had a terrible oil leak and was able to get an appointment first thing Monday morning. With the understanding that I needed the vehicle as soon as possible they were able to get the work completed same day. I had mentioned that I was not too familiar with cars. Steve took the time to explain the work that was completed and show areas that can become an opportunity in the future. I appreciate the work that was done on my vehicle. And last but not least they took the time to wash the car and polished the headlights. Thank you for the great work I have found a mechanic I can trust in Alpharetta!

I brought them a 2007 Mercury Montego that wouldn’t start, and they did a thorough inspection complete with pictures and detailed notes. Steve made several personal calls to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and what it needed. He was honest about pricing, the actual repairs required, and the timeline ahead. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Was at a local car dealership and was ready to purchase a used car. I needed a quick look by another set of eyes before I purchased. Time was not on my side for this situation, but Steve was. I called this shop without knowing much about it, as I am from another part of town. Steve said bring it down. When I arrived, he knew my name, came out to the vehicle, gave it an overview, and told me it was a good purchase. I told him to write me up a ticket, and he said no cost! I just read other reviews and can now see why the stars are 5!
