A very seldomly write reviews on Google because very seldom do I get such excellent service. I needed a number of repair is done including lower ball joint, valve cover gasket and a few other smaller issues fixed. Jose and his team did amazing job and kept me informed the entire time. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to him.

View on GoogleI was a bit leery of going outside of my ring of friends in the business but the car we purchased for my wife is computer driven everything and computer savvy not my wheelhouse so when purchasing the car we bought our 1st Warranty ever. 2.5 years later it was time to use it. I went to the dealership we purchased from and the person behind the counter in the service department said they were weeks out and recommended IAR as an alternative. Setting the appointment was quick and easy. Called them Thursday and set the appointment up for Monday at 11am (my choice). Dropped it off and Wednesday I get a text saying the car was ready for pickup. With wallet in tow expecting to have to pay the $50.00 deductible for going outside the dealer I went to pick up the car. When I arrived they explained to me what the issue was and that it was covered 100% and there was no deductible. I was a bit surprised and I offered to pay it to them (buy them lunch or whatever) and they refused. Definitely found a new home for service and repairs. Thanks guys, that was a breath of fresh air. Straight up one of the best mechanic experiences we’ve ever had. We will be back.

View on GoogleDidn’t fix issue with vehicle car max sent car there for repairs it was my choice. Does not recommend. I’m pretty sure this is the correct location since you were the shop that reported the repairs to carfax. No need for the back and forth I just know better for next time.
