German Car Repair Alpharetta was quick, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone I dealt with was honest and thorough, and I really appreciated how transparent they were throughout the process. I had a great time chatting with the guys at the front desk. They were friendly and genuinely helpful. One of them even recommended a great place to get my wheels resurfaced. They took the time to bring me into the shop, show me exactly what they found, and explain everything clearly before making recommendations. On top of that, the facility and shop are incredibly clean and well organized. It honestly does not feel like a typical repair shop at all. No pressure, no upselling, just solid work and great service. I would absolutely recommend them.

I brought in my car for the first time after recommendations from a couple of friends. It was easy to get an appointment and establish the car at the shop. Reasonably priced and very attentive service with a thorough inspection of the vehicle to make sure everything was addressed. I also received a 10% new customer discount.

Had an emergency which needed quick repairs (considering it is my DD); Marc was able to squeeze me in (same day) and get me back running before I could finish responding to my emails!……not to mention at a very reasonable price! THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING & I’ll continue coming here as long as they continue taking such great care of me and my baby.

I called them to arrange service and inspection on my 2019 Panamera. The guys at the front desk are super nice, knowledgeable and very professional. Wow what a nice clean shop! Honestly, as nice as the dealer. They checked out my car did exactly what they said they would do found some things that in the future they would recommend but said hey don’t need it now, but we’ll watch it going forward. Took an hour. So easy. 100% upfront and honest. My husband and I will definitely be bringing all our European performance cars here in the future. Highly recommen!d!! if I could give 10 stars I would’ve given 10.
