Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I took my Honda to Express Oil Change and was blown away by how quick and smooth the whole experience was. The team is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome right away. Special shoutout to the head tech Tucker — he really knows what he’s doing. You can tell he’s experienced and takes pride in his work. He explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. Because of how great this visit was, I’ll happily be bringing all of my cars here many times again. Highly recommend!

I went to Express Oil Change yesterday on mumbling break and met Kyle… And he instantly reminded me of genuine kindness from my hometown . Since relocating to this side of town for work , everyone has not been the nicest, but yesterday Kyle restored my belief that all men are created equal and just how far a smile and good service can go! I wasn’t oversold on anything, he explained it all, he noticed me looking in my phone for a coupon and inquired … he’s the kind of guy I’d invite over for dinner and the person you want in every community to restore faith in humanity! I will be forever grateful to the wonderful technicians at this location! I had an oil change done the previous night, at another establishment. (PB). I'm sure you can figure out what the initials stand for. Anyway, PB put way too much oil in my vehicle, despite me informing them how much oil my vehicle requires. No, I'm not a mechanic, however, I have owned my vehicle for approx 20 years, and do have some knowledge about it. Because PB was closed, I couldn't take care of the issue until the following morning. I didn't want to continue driving my vehicle too far until the excess oil was removed, so I took it to a closer PB location, the one on Atlanta Highway. The guy at the front desk acted as if he didn't even want to be bothered so I left. Thank GOD for Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers that was a couple of miles away. I was sitting in my vehicle, when a friendly technician approached me, and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained what had happened, and asked him if it was possible for them to siphon some of the excess oil from my vehicle. Without any hesitation, he said "Of course! I'm sure we can help you out with that!" Sorry I didn't get your name, but you completely changed my mood. After pulling my vehicle into the work garage, I was greeted by the manager and Josh. Josh did an exceptional job explaining the entire process and not even 5 minutes later, he was done! I had my debit card out waiting to pay my bill, however, the manager did not charge me. Now this is what I call top notch customer service!! :-) I recommend this location to anyone, and will never hesitate to bring my vehicle here again. This location is new and in great working order. The staff go above and beyond to take care of your needs. I would highly recommend them for your oil changes and car repairs. Ray and Jeremiah took great care of me today. Ask for them if you come in.

Absolutely excellent experience - they checked everything during a routine Oil Change, were very fast, and all for a reasonable price! Combined with being very friendly and keeping me updated on when things might next need service & I couldn't recommend them enough! 10/10
